By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Quiccsol operates as Quiccsol LLC in the United States and Quiccsol Marketing Solutions Limited in Nigeria. References to "Quiccsol" in these Terms refer to the relevant entity depending on your location and the specific engagement.
The Revenue Leak Snapshot is a free, directional estimate based on the information you provide. It is intended to give you a general sense of potential revenue leakage in your pipeline. It is not an accounting-level or audited figure, and it should not be relied upon as financial, accounting, or investment advice. The accuracy of the Snapshot depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
Where you engage Quiccsol for a Revenue Diagnosis, Execution Support, Talent Placement, or any other paid engagement, that engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and Quiccsol, which will set out the scope, fees, timeline, and specific terms of that engagement. These Terms apply generally to your use of the Site; the specific engagement agreement governs the paid work itself, and where the two conflict on matters specific to that engagement, the engagement agreement controls.
Quiccsol provides analysis, diagnosis, guidance, and hands-on implementation support. Our services are advisory and collaborative in nature. While we work to identify accurate causes and effective fixes, outcomes depend substantially on your business's own execution, market conditions, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific revenue outcome, close rate, or financial result, whether from the free Snapshot, a paid Diagnosis, Execution Support, or Talent Placement.

The Site, the Verity diagnostic engine, our methodology, and all related content, trademarks, and materials are the property of Quiccsol and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our name, branding, methodology, or technology except as necessary to use the Site or receive services as intended. Where you engage us for a Diagnosis, the specific findings about your own business are yours to use; our underlying methodology, tools, and internal materials remain our property.
Where you share business or pipeline data with us, we will treat that information as confidential and use it solely to deliver the service you have engaged us for, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Any specific confidentiality commitments for a paid engagement will be set out in that engagement's written agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiccsol and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to lost revenue or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from a paid engagement will not exceed the fees you paid for that specific engagement.
Nothing on the Site or in our services constitutes legal, financial, accounting, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your circumstances before making business decisions.
The Site may use third-party services to operate certain features, such as processing contact form submissions. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services beyond our use of them to operate the Site.
We may update the Site, our services, or these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or discontinue access to the Site or any free tool, including the Revenue Leak Snapshot, at any time. Termination of a paid engagement will be governed by that engagement's specific written agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Quiccsol entity you are engaging with: Quiccsol LLC for engagements outside Nigeria, and Quiccsol Marketing Solutions Limited for engagements within Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. The specific governing law and jurisdiction for a paid engagement will be set out in that engagement's written agreement.
