4.2 Participation in training programs or demo projects is optional but strongly recommended for career advancement.

5.1 The community connects members with job opportunities, but placement is not guaranteed.

5.2 Members must complete their assigned tasks and projects professionally and on time.

5.3 Misconduct during a job opportunity facilitated by Quiccsol may result in removal from the community.

6.1 Fees may apply for certain training programs, certifications, or access to exclusive resources.

6.2 Payments for services must be made promptly as per the terms provided for each program or resource.

7.1 Resources shared within the community are for personal use only and must not be distributed without permission.

7.2 Any work created during demo projects or training sessions remains the intellectual property of Quiccsol unless otherwise specified.

8.1 Members must adhere to community deadlines, rules, and expectations.

8.2 Regular feedback and evaluations will be conducted to ensure members are progressing and contributing effectively.

8.3 Members failing to meet expectations may be given warnings, suspended, or removed from the community.

9.1 Members can choose to leave the community at any time by notifying the community manager.

9.2 Quiccsol reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of these terms and conditions.

10.1 Quiccsol is not liable for any loss or damage incurred through opportunities, training, or resources provided by the community.

10.2 All services are provided in good faith, and members are encouraged to conduct due diligence.

11.1 These terms and conditions may be updated periodically.

11.2 Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the community implies acceptance of the updated terms.
